Leads the design, accuracy, and safety of Medicare Assistant. With 25+ years of leadership, he spent nine years at Humana directing Medicare engagement across 30 centers in 12 markets, including programs for Veterans.
Oversees operations and technology that deliver 64Plus to every user. With 15+ years in healthcare, including leadership roles at Humana, he's committed to accurate, easy-to-understand guidance for the people who need it most.
Steve shaped the foundation for how the 64Plus assistant works with people: the behavioral standards, guardrails, and experience design that guided the initial launch, ensuring the AI stays honest and useful when the subject is someone's health coverage. His background is in turning knowledge into consistent action across sales enablement, learning, and operations. He brings that expertise to the customer side of 64Plus: ensuring people who sign up actually use it and employers who roll it out see it land.
